Reservations

Reservations may be made directly to the hotel at the rate of $75 per room. (This is the cheapest rate in Lexington for hotels that could accommodate us)

Registration costs

Because of food and other rental costs, we expect to charge about $55 per person. We'll upload an updated price onto this site soon. The meal prices have precipitated the somewhat higher price for the conference this year. Invoices will go out by email in early February.

Sessions

Registration begins at 8:30 witha Plenary session at 9 a.m.

Directions

From Cincinnati:
I-75 South to Exit 115 (Route 922)
Make left off exit ramp
Make right at second light
Four Points Sheraton is on your right

From Nashville, TN:
Follow Bluegrass Parkway until it ends
Turn right onto Versailles Road toward Lexington (East)
Follow 1 1/2 miles to New Circle Road North
Follow approximately 10 minutes to exit 9B-take this exit
This exit is labeled Newtown Pike North (922)
You can onl go one way off of the ramp
Follow 1 1/2 miles, go under the I-75 overpass
Turn right at 2nd light; hotel is on the right next to McDonalds

From Louisville
Take I-64 West to exit 115 (in Lexington)
Turn right off of ramp
Turn right at 1st stoplight
Hotel is on your righht next to McDonalds
